Roberto Ortega

I am a Spanish jurist and a practising lawyer in Norway under the EEA framework, with more than twenty years of experience in the financial sector and legal practice in Spain and Norway. I have worked as a lawyer in Norway since 2008, including as a partner and in leadership roles. I hold an MBA and am a business owner and entrepreneur.

I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in applied artificial intelligence and the optimisation of production processes. Through Juss og KI, I combine my legal and business experience with hands-on exploration of AI. I write about the legal issues raised by artificial intelligence, its practical implementation in businesses, systems and software developed using AI, and the changes this technology is driving—both now and in the future.

My wider interests include history, geopolitics, economics, science and philosophy, particularly metaphysics and ontology. Much of my writing about technology begins there.
