AI projects

Building the systems around the model

The practical value of AI depends not only on the model, but on the architecture around it: documents, knowledge, memory, permissions, workflows and human control. These projects explore different parts of that architecture for legal and business environments.

Purpose

La Machina and four independent projects. One architecture assembled progressively.

The projects are not being developed for commercial purposes and do not constitute an offer of products or services. Their purpose is to explore, build and document a possible way of organising people, information, software and artificial intelligence for real professional work.

Glaux, Alonides, Membrain and Mnemon are built and tested as separate projects, each with its own boundaries and development path. The parts are connected progressively only when there is a clear function, a controlled interface and a justified role within the whole.

Security objective

A standard above ordinary market practice

The programme’s ambition is to develop a data-handling and confidentiality system that is more demanding than ordinary market practice. This is a design objective that must be demonstrated through technical, security, privacy and operational testing; it is not a quality claimed as proven today.

Progressive assemblySeparate modules retain their own boundaries while contributing to a shared architecture.

Design horizon

One secure point of contact for professional work

The final vision is for a professional to communicate from any authorised and secure device with an AI-powered avatar that understands and helps manage that person’s area of responsibility.

Within predefined permissions, rules and limits, the system should be able to automate tasks that do not require human authorisation. Material decisions, exceptions and actions capable of creating risk or external effects would remain reserved for people. The aim is to free more time for professional judgement and important decisions, and to improve the quality of the work and services the organisation provides to internal or external recipients.

This is an open organisational model and an experimental direction. It does not describe commercial products, completed integrations or independently verified systems.

La Machina is in operation; the other projects are in development. Their inclusion does not imply production readiness or independently verified performance.
